Kelardasht House

We were tasked with designing and building a bold, landmark luxury residence featuring seven bedrooms. Located in a cold, rainy mountain region with a breathtaking view of the Kelardasht plain, the design aimed to create a warm and inviting space that could withstand the challenging weather conditions. The main design concept centered around the inclined roof, which serves as the key architectural feature, symbolizing grandeur and elegance for the client. Spanning 1,450 sqm across three floors on a 3,500 sqm sloped plot, the house is equipped with a range of luxurious facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, Turkish bath, and a billiard room. Additionally, the house is supported by highly functional mechanical and electrical rooms that efficiently manage the various amenities, featuring three separate heating and cooling systems to ensure comfort in every season.
