This residence spans 1,050 sqm across three floors, located in the prestigious Tbilisi Hills Golf Course, nestled at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains. Just 15 minutes from the historic center of Tbilisi, the house is positioned adjacent to the lush green golf course, offering unparalleled views of both the city and the expansive greens. The design was carefully developed in compliance with the Tbilisi Hills management and Gardabani municipality regulations, ensuring that the layout and area distribution on each floor adhere to the local guidelines. The house is located at a high altitude, which significantly influenced the design approach. The central design idea was to capitalize on the stunning views. The house was designed with transparent walls to maximize the visual connection to the surrounding nature, creating a seamless integration between the interior and the environment. This concept allows for a continuous interaction with the breathtaking views of the city and golf course. Basement: The basement houses essential recreational and support facilities, including a spa, gym, maid's room, driver's room, garage, and utility spaces. Ground Floor: The main living room and an en-suite bedroom are located on the ground floor, providing easy access and comfort with the beautiful views as the backdrop. Additionally, an outdoor pool is situated beside the living and dining areas, extending the living space into the outdoors. This pool area is complemented by an open terrace, creating a smooth connection between the interior and exterior, enhancing the living experience with a seamless flow between spaces.
